I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order gets damaged during transport. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to send us photos of the damage. Based on the photos, we will find an appropriate solution. In most cases, we will send a new product or reimburse (part of) the purchase amount, depending on the usability of the product for you.
