How can I check the status of my order?

You can easily check the status of your order. We strive to deliver your order within 1 to 3 business days. In exceptional cases, unexpected delays may occur. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.


You will receive email updates about the progress of your order. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow your package. 24 hours before delivery, our logistics partner will also send you an update with a delivery time estimate.


For pre-orders or backorders, the expected delivery date is shown on the product page. This may happen if a product is temporarily out of stock or when a new product is launched. The most up-to-date information is always available on the product page.
