Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are possible, but the costs for returning and resending the product are at your own expense. We try to avoid exchanges due to color choices by offering samples, so you can assess in advance whether the product meets your expectations.


The standard return procedure applies: the product must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. We recommend using the original packaging to prevent depreciation. Once the returned product is received and assessed in good condition, we can process the exchange.
