How can I place a business order and benefit from VAT exemption?

To place a business order with VAT exemption, the order must come from a company outside the Netherlands, such as from Belgium or Germany. In that case, we apply an intra-community delivery. Ordering with VAT exemption via the webshop is currently (still) not possible. For these types of orders, we manually create an invoice. You can send the invoice details, including your VAT number and order information (such as the product and quantity), to us via email. This way, we can issue the invoice without VAT and process your order quickly and correctly.
