How do I return (part of) my order?

You can return your order or part of it within 14 days, provided the products are in new condition and returned in the original packaging. We recommend using the original packaging to prevent diminished value. Return costs are at your own expense. Please note that businesses cannot return products. Returns are only possible for consumers.

You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the products. The risk of loss or damage during the return process lies with you, until the products are received in our warehouse. If you are unable to handle the return yourself, we can arrange transport for you. There are costs of €39.95 including VAT for this service. Additionally, please note that products of this size cannot be returned via standard carriers such as PostNL or DHL.

Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account we have on file, provided the product is in good condition.
