At Akustore, we strive for the highest quality and service. While we prefer not to receive complaints, if something does go wrong, we handle it as quickly as possible.
How do I submit a complaint?
You can submit your complaint by sending an email to support@akustore.nl. To process your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide the following information:
- A clear description of the complaint: Describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Let us know when you discovered the problem and what exactly is wrong.
- Photos and/or videos: If possible, include clear images of the issue. This helps us better assess your complaint and find a quicker solution.
- Your order details: Include your order number and the name under which the order was placed so we can link your complaint to your purchase.
- Any additional details: Think of prior communication about the issue, how the product was installed or used, and other relevant information.
What happens next?
Once we receive your complaint, we will respond within 2 working days with a substantive reply. Together with you, we’ll look for an appropriate solution such as a replacement, repair, or other compensation.
