My discount code isn't working, what should I do?

If your personal discount code isn’t working, there could be several reasons. For example, if the discount code has already been used and it is only valid for a one-time use. If the (personal) discount code hasn’t been applied and you are entitled to it, we will credit the relevant amount and refund you.
