When can I expect my refund?

It can take up to 5 business days for our finance department to process your refund. Once the refund is approved, processing by the payment provider may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and your bank. Please note that we have no influence over this process, and processing times may vary.

However, there are some exceptions:

• PayPal: The processing time via PayPal can take up to 21 days. We have no influence over this process, so we recommend contacting PayPal directly for further information on the status of your refund.

• Klarna: The processing time via Klarna can take up to 30 days. Again, we have no influence over this process. We advise you to contact Klarna, as they can provide more information on the status of your refund.

We understand that it can be frustrating to wait, and we are doing our best to make the process as fast as possible.
